Megan Frank received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design, which was ranked in the top ten interior design schools in the United States by the Almanac of Architecture and Design. Megan’s passion for design was clear at a young age, always observing how people reacted within a space and how color affects our lives. Megan was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago; a city known for it’s distinguished architectural past and present. She was fascinated by the grand skyscrapers and how they came to be, studying construction documents her father had as a pipe fitter at age twelve. While in high school she was exposed to advance art and architectural drafting classes, receiving a degree in interior design was an easy decision for Megan, a balanced combination of architecture and art.
After graduating from Harrington within 3 years, Megan went on to work for a high-end residential interior design firm in Chicago, where she had designed a wide range of projects from kitchen and bath remodels, to designing new living spaces, and new home building and many more. Megan moved to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for interior design further. Here she worked for a high-end firm that specialized in international residences, from the United Kingdom to the Middle East. It has always been Megan’s goal and dream to open her own interior design firm.
Megan’s style can be described as classical with a modern twist, such as finding a Louis XVIII era chair and adding a pop of color. Her style of both modern and classic, an ideal mix of old and new that is forever timeless. Reluctant to define herself by one certain look (or place), one thread runs common throughout all her projects: impeccable attention to details. Considering the architectural bones of each project is a source of pride. Megan works closely with all parties to ensure the vision for each project is executed seamlessly. Her obsession over the finest-tuned details shines through in every completed project, sometimes she is known as an easy-going perfectionist. Megan currently lives in Hollywood, CA with her loving and supportive husband.
